Going beyond the booth

A multi-touch campaign that steps out of the expo

For Asembia's AXS 2025 — a major gathering for pharmacy and payor leaders — Infinitus needed more than a surface-level presence. We developed a layered campaign designed to spark curiosity, deepen engagement, and position the brand as a forward-thinking voice in healthcare AI.

I led creative across the experience, which included an interactive touchscreen, a VIP event page, geofenced mobile ads targeting attendees, a keynote presentation, a highlight reel video from the private event, a printed book on the Agentic AI workforce, and custom-themed stickers.

Those stickers became a surprising highlight — a series of pharmaceutical-themed puns like "Rx & Chill" and "Straight Outta Refills" that brought a welcome dose of playfulness to an otherwise serious setting. It was a small but memorable brand moment that helped the campaign connect on a human level.

Well past capacity, and expectations

The VIP event exceeded expectations: we reserved space for 50, expected 30–40, and hosted 70. The geofenced mobile ad campaign drove a 0.37% CTR — nearly 25% above benchmark.

The campaign created a strong brand footprint that extended well beyond the venue. It helped Infinitus show up with intent, deliver thought leadership, and spark meaningful conversations that lasted beyond the event itself.
